dr. amanda fisher dc ccsp - president
Dr. Amanda Fisher is a New York Chiropractic College Graduate with a background in Molecular Biology and Life Science. She completed her chiropractic internship at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. She then became a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician in April of 2013. Dr. Fisher currently has a private practice in Southeastern Ohio. She has served as the sideline physician for the local High School Football team since 2013. In addition, per the request of the high school athletic coaches, she has conducted a summer conditioning program for the high school athletes each year since 2015. In practice she utilizes various techniques to treat patients, including but not limited to kinesiology taping, myofascial release, IASTM, and individualized rehabilitation, performance, and nutrition programs.
Dr. Fisher has been involved with the ACA Rehab Council since 2009 as a student. In those years she has learned a great deal from the mentors who have been associated with Council prior to herself. She is eager to continue learning, so that she may advance the council to the best of her abilities in the future.
When not in the office Dr. Fisher can be found enjoying quality family time with her husband, Lance, and 2 young children, Luke and Lydia, on their family farm.
dr. Michael braccio dc DACRB - vice president
Dr. Michael Braccio earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in General Biology from the University of Washington and his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic West.
After graduating from chiropractic college, he decided that he wanted to specialize in rehabilitation and performance training. Dr. Braccio went on to earn a Diplomate in Rehabilitation from the American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board. Dr. Braccio also has advanced certifications in a variety of techniques and systems, including: Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Functional Movement Screen (FMS), RockTape Kinesiology Taping, and Graston Technique. His approach to treatment involves combining these techniques to reduce pain and improve function.
While he has experience treating a variety of conditions, he has a particular interest in pain science, tendinopathies, and performance rehabilitation.
On the off chance that Dr. Braccio is not in the clinic, he can be found in the mountains snowboarding or at the ice rink playing hockey. He is also an avid reader of all sorts of nonfiction books. Some of his current favorites include Antifragile and Thinking, Fast and Slow.

dr. Abbey Crouse DC CCSP - treasurer
Dr. Abbey Crouse graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 2012. Prior to attending chiropractic college, she earned her Bachelors of Science in Biological Engineering from The Ohio State University. While at Ohio State, Dr. Abbey started her work and research in the fields of biodynamics, ergonomics, and biomechanics.
Dr. Abbey provides chiropractic care to patients of all ages including babies and children, pregnant mothers, and athletes. She is certified in the Webster Technique by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and is a certified BirthFit Professional, helping women of all ages. Dr. Abbey is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP®) and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified healthcare professional; she is highly skilled in caring for sports-related injuries. She has advanced training in spinal rehabilitation and is certified in Post-Surgical Spinal Rehabilitation by the American Chiropractic Association (ACA) and the Laser Spine Institute. Additional continuing education programs and specialty techniques she has completed include functional rehabilitation therapy/FMS, soft tissue techniques (active release techniques, Graston/instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), trigger point therapy), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stimulation (DNS), RockTape/kinesiology taping, nutrition, and extremity adjusting. As a former high school athlete, golfer, dancer, and yoga enthusiast, Dr. Abbey encourages healthy, active lifestyles and appreciates how an optimally functioning body benefits performance as well as everyday life.
Outside of the office, Dr. Abbey is involved in professional organizations. She holds leadership positions in national, state, and local chiropractic organizations and volunteer groups including Rotary International and Women’s Impact Inc. Dr. Abbey enjoys being active in the community.
dr. STUART McIntosh dc MS - secretary
Dr. Stuart McIntosh is an associate professor for Cleveland University-Kansas City’s (CUKC) Doctorate of Chiropractic program. After spending time in private practice, Dr. McIntosh joined CUKC in 2014. He has managed patient care in the Chiropractic Health Center as a full-time clinical educator, and currently serves as an academic instructor for the chiropractic program teaching physiotherapy courses that focus on functional movement assessment, soft tissue diagnosis and management, and rehabilitation.
Dr. Jeffrey Tucker dc dacrb - past president
Dr. Jeffrey Tucker is a past recipient of the American Chiropractic Association Rehabilitation Council Doctor of the Year award. He has a post graduate Diplomate degree in Rehabilitation and is certified in soft tissue and spinal trauma, golf injury prevention, and nutritional therapy. Dr. Tucker has instructed for well-known programs such as the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM - CES & PES), Functional Movement Screening (FMS), as well as numerous Colleges and Universities on the topics of posture, movement assessment, rehabilitation and healthy aging. He is on the education committee for the Performance Health Corporation. He is author of more than 100 articles and publications on soft tissue injuries, exercise rehabilitation and healthy aging. He contributed to the book Essentials of Corrective Exercise.
Dr. Tucker is in active private practice in Los Angeles, CA. He is known for using innovative therapies including laser, PEMF, shockwave, SCENAR, lymphatics and deep muscle stimulation. His practice includes chronic pain therapy, posture training, conditioning, therapeutic exercise, muscle/soft-tissue therapy and diet/nutrition.
